Dear Jackson,
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all you have done for my child. I was honestly so nervous to call you since I wasn’t really sure if I should evaluate my son. He looked like every other kid… but I was still concerned about some things. Maybe I should just wait and see how he develops… I didn’t want to call you to evaluate him if he didn’t really need services. Once I became aware of the fact that he did qualify for a variety of services, I was really upset. But your service coordinator, evaluators and his therapist were so warm, caring and professional. They assured me that my son is absolutely adorable (and he is!) and that with time, everything would be okay. I was so impressed that they knew just the right questions to ask to help us pinpoint his areas of weakness.
Their expertise is something I admire, as I see him making progress while he looks like he is having fun! I know his therapists truly care about him; I can hear it in their voice as they call at night to let me know that he did something new… or something really cute!
Thank you again!
C.A.M.
